Aparna believes in being open and honest with candidates about their status in the hiring process. Prior to her career in talent acquisition, Aparna worked as a lecturer for seven years. She was fascinated by the idea of motivating students, and this passion for teaching has stayed with her. Aparna enjoys teaching students how to code in the most optimized way possible, even in her spare time. Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Text Mining, Aparna has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from St. Joseph's College. She has worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern and an Assistant Professor at St. Joseph's College (Autonomous) in the past. Aparna is currently a Talent Acquisition Executive at Recro.
